[為食派] 朱古力心太軟 (綠茶心) Molten Chocolate Lava Cake (Greentea filing)

製作過程不難, 但要烤到中間的部分仍保留漿狀就要嘗試多幾次才能知道應要烤多久! 我也試了至少3 次才知道我只需烤11分鐘, 多少1分鐘也有差別! 所以如果想製作給家人愛人朋友, 不妨先試一下要不然切下去的時候就沒有驚喜啦~
The process of making a lava cake is fairly easy. However, mastering the perfect oozing effect can be a bit tricky . It took me at least 3 times before I figured out I need exactly 11 minutes. It could be different for your ovens since every oven is different and the size of the ramekins does matter.

朱古力心太軟 (綠茶心)

份量: 2個

材料:
蛋黄 1隻
蛋 2隻
白砂糖 30克
雲喱嗱香油 1 茶匙
鹽 少許
70%黑朱古力 90克
無鹽牛油 60克(另加少許室温塗焗杯)
低筋麵粉 20克
可可粉 適量
糖霜 少許
綠茶粉 ½ 茶匙
白朱古力 60克

Molten Chocolate Lava Cake (with greentea filing)

Makes 2 ramekins

Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 eggs
Sugar 30g
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Pinch of Salt
70% Dark Chocolates 90g
Unsalted Butter 60g(plus some room temperature butter for coating the ramekins)
Cake Flour 20g
Greentea Powder ½ teaspoon
White Chocolates 60g
Cocoa powder for coating
Icing sugar for dusting
